Is it private?

Yes. Unlike most "rotate PDF online" tools, PaperFit never uploads your file to our servers — the rotation happens entirely on your own device in your browser. Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Rotation runs 100% in your browser. Your PDF is never sent to our servers, so there is nothing for us to see, store, or leak.

Will rotating reduce the quality?

No. PaperFit only changes each page's stored orientation rather than re-rendering it, so text stays selectable and image quality is untouched.

Can I rotate just one page instead of the whole file?

Yes. Select the specific pages you want and rotate only those, or apply a rotation to every page at once.

What rotation angles can I use?

You can turn pages 90 degrees clockwise, 90 degrees counter-clockwise (270), or flip them a full 180 degrees.

Is there a file size limit?

You can rotate PDFs up to 200 MB. Because everything runs locally, very large files depend on your device's available memory.

Do password-protected PDFs work?

Remove the password first with the Protect tool's Unlock mode, then rotate — encrypted files can't be edited directly.
